1. Phone Tracking: Dial Customer Service Hotline 11183 to track the status of your shipments.
2. Counter Tracking: Track at the relative post office where the EMS item was posted. The waybill copy and receipt should be provided for this service.

Tracking Validity

As of the posting date, tracking for domestic shipment is valid within one year; within 4 months for international EMS shipments; within 3 months for cross-straits express shipments.

Tracking Charge：

Special tracking fee RMB 3 for a piece of inquiry will be charged when a POD fax or copy is needed.
